1. Authorization & Consent

 

By signing this agreement, you (“Client”) authorize Masonic Auto Advocate, a licensed California automotive dealer and auto consulting service, to represent you in the process of buying, leasing, or selling a vehicle.

 

This includes the right to:

• Locate vehicles that meet your goals and budget

• Communicate with dealerships, sellers, and lenders on your behalf

• Assist with negotiations, inspections, and documentation

• List and sell your vehicle under our dealer license when applicable

 

You authorize Masonic Auto Advocate to act in your best interest throughout the transaction process.

2. Scope of Services

 

We are committed to helping you avoid stress, save money, and make smart decisions.

Services include:

✅ Personalized vehicle sourcing or selling

✅ Price, lease, and financing negotiation

✅ Third-party inspection coordination

✅ Paperwork and contract review

✅ DMV/title paperwork support

✅ Trade-in evaluation

✅ Optional post-transaction follow-up

✅ Dealer-to-consumer transportation (if needed; see section 4)

3. Pricing & Service Fee (Due at Completion)

 

Service fees are due only after a successful vehicle purchase, lease, finance or sale. Our flat-rate fees are based on the vehicle’s price:

• Under $25,000 → $500

• $25,000 to $49,999 → $800

• $50,000 to $149,999 → $1,100

• Over $150,000 → Custom fee based on complexity (quoted in advance)

 

A $50 consultation fee may apply at our discretion, which is credited toward your final service fee.

4. Transportation Services (Optional)

 

If you require transportation for the vehicle to or from your location, Masonic Auto Advocate can arrange transport to or from any U.S. state.

• Transportation is billed separately based on distance, vehicle type, and method (open or enclosed carrier).

• If transportation is requested and agreed upon, a separate line item and fee will be added to this agreement.

• All transportation terms, costs, and liability coverage will be disclosed before scheduling.

5. Licensed Vehicle Sales (For Sellers)

 

When you choose to sell your vehicle through us, we use our California dealer license to:

• Market your vehicle through dealer and auction channels

• Handle buyer screening, payment processing, and DMV paperwork

• Maximize your sale value with professional handling

All transactions are performed in compliance with California dealer laws.

6. Vehicle Purchase Disclaimer (For Buyers)

 

We protect your interests by:

• Coordinating third-party inspections

• Reviewing all documents and finance terms

• Ensuring you fully understand what you’re signing

 

However, Masonic Auto Advocate is not the seller of the vehicle. Final condition, performance, and warranties are the responsibility of the selling party (dealer, auction, or private seller).

We do everything possible to reduce your risk, but we do not provide any mechanical or financial guarantees on behalf of third parties.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

 

Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We do not sell, rent, or misuse your information. All data handling complies with applicable privacy laws.

By signing below, you agree to the terms of this agreement and give Masonic Auto Advocate permission to provide vehicle buying, leasing, or selling services as outlined.
